About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee partner implementations from initial planning through successful launch
Own, track, prioritize, and manage the implementation pipeline
Identify roadblocks and adjust timelines to keep projects on track
Coordinate and lead partner onboarding calls, product demos, and project overviews
Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation and delivery
Collaborate with Partner Managers, partners, and technical contacts
Ensure projects meet established standards and partner requirements
Validate completion of implementation steps before handoff to the Partner Manager
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, tickets, cases, and implementation tasks
Report pipeline progress to the Partner Support Director and key stakeholders
Track quarterly implementation goals and identify opportunities for pipeline movement
Streamline implementation workflows and improve timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in client-facing roles or project management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with Atlassian products and Salesforce
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail
Strong written and communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Self-starter able to execute on provided strategy, vision, and goals
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future
