About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary liaison between Product Marketing and Product Owners, translating product roadmaps, priorities, and release schedules into actionable launch plans.
- Ensure Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Partner Success have visibility into priorities, dependencies, timing, and launch requirements.
- Lead cross-functional coordination for product launches and enhancements from planning through general availability.
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; facilitate readiness meetings; identify and escalate risks; and drive accountability.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee pilot programs for new products and enhancements.
- Identify pilot participants, establish objectives and success criteria, manage communications and timelines, collect feedback, track results, and provide recommendations.
- Drive organizational readiness across Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Management, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate launch checklists, release documentation, communication plans, training needs, and internal readiness activities.
- Establish and maintain project governance standards, documentation, templates, and repeatable processes.
- Optimize workflows and cross-functional communication using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and similar tools.
- Provide project updates, document decisions, track action items, surface risks and dependencies, and inform stakeholders and leadership.
- Define and monitor program and launch success measures, including launch readiness, milestone completion, pilot outcomes, time-to-market, internal readiness, partner adoption, and operational metrics.
- Develop reports and dashboards for program health, launch performance, risks, and continuous improvement.
- Build relationships across Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Partner Success to drive successful product launches.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Marketing Operations, Product Management, or a related role.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, managing competing priorities, and driving decisions and action items.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while bringing structure and clarity to multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Preferred: Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B SaaS, preferably supporting banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
- Preferred: Knowledge of product lifecycle management and go-to-market processes.
- Preferred: Experience managing beta or pilot programs.
- Preferred: Experience supporting complex product launches involving technical, operational, and go-to-market dependencies.
- Preferred: Experience developing or improving program governance, launch frameworks, or operational processes.
- Preferred: CAPM, PMP® or equivalent certification.
