About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run the weekly forecast and pipeline cadence, including roll-up mechanics, submission discipline, variance against plan, and records of leader commitments
  • Own territory and quota administration end to end, including account coverage, mid-year moves, annual resets, and Salesforce records
  • Run sales compensation operations, including plan documents, quota letters, crediting, Everstage administration, dispute resolution, and monthly payout accuracy
  • Lead the Manager, Sales Compensation Operations, and run the monthly payout cycle hands-on until that role is filled
  • Mature and operationalize performance reporting covering attainment, productivity, activity and conversion, ramp, and patch coverage
  • Convert GTM Strategy & Planning coverage plans into territories and quotas and maintain territory plans and Salesforce records
  • Maintain CRM data discipline for opportunity hygiene, stage and close-date accuracy, product and trial tracking, and deal records
  • Publish and maintain the operating calendar for forecast, compensation, quota, territory, and business review dates
  • Incorporate new products and pricing models into quota treatment, crediting, and reporting
  • Build and lead the Sales Operations team, hire the Manager, Sales Compensation Operations, and develop team capacity
  • Work across Sales, Finance, Enablement, and People in a non-quota, internal-facing role
  • Produce the forecast used by the executive team and board

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in sales or revenue operations at an enterprise software or data company, including 3+ years owning territory, quota, or compensation administration for a multi-region field organization
  • Direct ownership of a weekly forecast cadence, including roll-up mechanics, call discipline, variance analysis, and executive reporting
  • Compensation operations depth, including plan administration, crediting rules, quota retirement, and comp systems
  • Hands-on Everstage or comparable incentive-comp administration; ability to run a payout cycle independently
  • Territory and quota design through at least one full annual planning cycle, including mid-year change management
  • Salesforce fluency at an administrative and reporting level; working comfort with Omni and DealHub
  • Modeling ability in capacity, coverage, attainment, and quota allocation
  • Strong written communication
  • Comfort presenting unwelcome findings to senior sellers and sales leaders
  • People management experience with demonstrated success coaching and developing team members
  • Working comfort with AI tooling applied to revenue data
  • Desired: experience administering coverage or territory redesign, mixed commercial and government motions, named-account coverage with embedded technical resources, usage-based or consumption pricing, and multi-region administration across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
