About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage construction/colocation processes to produce quality sites to customer specifications within required timeframes and budgets
  • Plan, schedule, prioritize, and organize material deliveries, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors
  • Supervise field employees and subcontractors
  • Act as on-site representative to clients and communicate requirements to internal teams
  • Inspect job sites daily and implement corrective actions for deficiencies
  • Maintain and enforce SBA and OSHA safety practices and conduct daily safety inspections
  • Conduct weekly job site safety meetings and submit attendance/topic reports
  • Inspect subcontractor work and ensure schedule, design, and quality compliance
  • Interface with client representatives to resolve issues and coordinate equipment deliveries
  • Maintain communication with field personnel and office personnel
  • Confirm employee hours and work descriptions with Territory Management
  • Report resource, equipment, schedule, quality, and budget needs/issues
  • Provide daily status reports and bid-walk documentation
  • Coordinate vendor deliveries and participate in pre-construction walks
  • Report vehicle accidents and workplace injuries
  • Develop and build the subcontractor base
  • Confirm permits, NTPs, and lease approvals before construction begins
  • Recruit, select, onboard, coach, mentor, develop, and manage team members
  • Delegate responsibilities, provide feedback, and lead performance and development planning
  • Perform other duties to ensure safe, quality, and timely project completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • H.S. Diploma/GED in related field of study
  • 1+ years of construction or equipment installation experience
  • Wireless telecommunications experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Domestic travel
  • Valid Government Issued Driver's License
  • OSHA 10Hr Safety Course preferred
  • CDL preferred
  • First Aid Certification (Adult) preferred
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) preferred
  • Must be able to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Conditional-offer drug test required for safety-sensitive positions
