Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or relevant field
  • 2 years of related experience and knowledge of the industry
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license
  • Strong understanding of asset management principal
  • Ability to manage operatives and sub-contractors
  • Knowledge about maintenance techniques
  • Expert in various computer programs
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility required for 8am–4:30pm Monday–Friday shift
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
