About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and direct operations required to fulfill contractual responsibilities between SBM and customers
  • Plan, supervise, and manage customer relations to maintain assigned programs
  • Assess, implement, and sustain companywide standards
  • Develop program-specific quality assurance and control processes
  • Perform on-site assessments of program effectiveness, contractual SOW compliance, and quality service delivery
  • Recommend and implement actions to improve program SOW and service quality
  • Investigate customer complaints and support root cause analysis activities
  • Identify at-risk programs and facilitate CAPA processes and follow-up actions
  • Monitor quality standards through on-site and remote formal assessments
  • Support new account transitions
  • Guide high-level client service inspections
  • Conduct personnel compliance audits and verify work schedules
  • Deliver classroom and on-the-job management and staff training
  • Complete routine reporting and deliverables for department and local management
  • Support the operations feed-forward loop through CE Quality Events
  • Audit inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Develop solutions to problems identified during quality activities
  • Investigate and promote improved equipment and methods
  • Implement organizational policies and goals
  • Facilitate budget requests and identify enhancement or reduction opportunities
  • Assist with plans, budgets, schedule modifications, cost estimates, bid sheets, and contracts
  • Participate in long-range program and process improvement planning
  • Support sites with organic growth and new client opportunities
  • Collect benchmarking data for estimates, labor hours, expenses, and other metrics
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Ensure compliance with FLSA, OSHA, ADA, and other regulations
  • Direct supervisory management for controlled environment programs
  • Act as liaison among the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors
  • Assist with human resource concerns and issues
  • Interview, hire, plan, assign, direct, evaluate, reward, discipline, and train employees
  • Some travel is required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A.A. Degree required with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license may be required based on business needs
  • Employees required to drive must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and meet company driving eligibility requirements
  • Completed all safety and task training certification
  • May be required to be forklift certified
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, upkeep, care, compounds, and chemicals
  • Knowledge of safe and efficient chemical use
  • Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Ability to respond to customer, regulatory agency, and business community inquiries or complaints
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, employees, and the general public
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
