Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and direct operations necessary to fulfill contractual responsibilities between SBM and customers
  • Plan, supervise, manage customer relations, and maintain assigned programs
  • Assess, implement, and sustain companywide standards
  • Develop program-specific quality assurance and control processes
  • Perform on-site assessments of contractual SOW and service quality
  • Recommend and implement improvements and share best practices
  • Investigate customer complaints and support root cause analysis activities
  • Identify at-risk programs and facilitate CAPA processes and follow-up actions
  • Monitor quality standards through on-site and remote assessments
  • Support new account transitions
  • Guide client service inspections and conduct personnel compliance audits
  • Develop and verify work schedules
  • Deliver classroom and on-the-job training for management and staff
  • Complete routine reporting and deliverables for department and local management
  • Support CE Quality Events and operational feed-forward processes
  • Audit inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Develop solutions and improve equipment and methods
  • Implement organizational policies and goals
  • Facilitate budget requests and identify enhancements or reductions
  • Assist with plans, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, bid sheets, and contracts
  • Participate in long-range program and process improvement planning
  • Support organic growth and new client opportunities
  • Collect benchmarking data for estimates, labor hours, expenses, and metrics
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Direct supervisory management for controlled environment programs
  • Liaise among the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A.A. Degree required with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus
  • A valid driver's license may be required based on business needs
  • Completed all safety and task training certification
  • May be required to be forklift certified
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, compounds, and chemicals
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skills
  • Ability to respond to customer, regulatory agency, and business community inquiries or complaints
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, employees, and the general public
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
