About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, administer, and coordinate organizational activities toward established policies, goals, and operating objectives
Oversee up to $20 million in revenue
Oversee the design, operation, and improvement of the system creating and delivering products and services
Provide operational guidance by analyzing and appraising organizational effectiveness
Guide management in company-wide and divisional development and growth
Drive sales of new business and expansion of existing business
Remove obstacles prohibiting growth and clarify company goals and objectives
Direct preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets
Serve as conduit between senior leadership directives and field management execution
Create the organizational structure and operations organization to manage business activities and projected growth
Develop and install procedures and controls supporting communication and information flow
Establish operating policies consistent with the CEO’s policies and objectives and ensure execution
Interview, hire, plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance evaluations; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems
Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
May be required to have a valid driver’s license
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities as necessary
Experience and ability to oversee up to $20 million in revenue
Ability to carry out management responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning and directing work, performance evaluations, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and ensuring employee training on tasks and safety requirements
