About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain, diagnose, and repair IT hardware in high-density datacenter environments
Set technical standards and ensure regional production KPIs
Assemble racks and configure servers and hardware equipment
Perform optoelectronic testing on fiber and copper using reflectometers and optical tracers
Resolve complex hardware issues and replace components
Serve as a technical role model and mentor local technicians
Supervise and escort external service providers and suppliers
Process and track incident tickets in Jira Service Management
Manage asset flows in Odoo and reporting in Google Sheets within SLA timeframes
Monitor high-value hardware, physical handling safety, and restricted access protocols
Report risks to management
Report directly to the Datacenter IT Manager within Datacenter Operation Management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience as an IT Datacenter Technician
First experience in team coordination or lead roles
Strong expertise in server troubleshooting, hardware assembly, cabling, and optoelectronic testing (copper/fiber, reflectometer, optical tracer)
Proficiency with Jira Service Management, Odoo, and Google Sheets
Active B-category driver’s license mandatory for site travel
Ability to mentor peers and foster team cohesion
Strong internal service orientation, transparency, clear communication, and accountability
High personal standards for production quality and commitment to meeting operational SLAs
Background check mandatory to join the company
