Key responsibilities & impact

Run, maintain, monitor, and scale core internal services, including ticketing systems, ERP, and CRM
Design and develop new internal tools
Maintain technical standards for performance, reliability, and security
Develop internal software for commercial, support, and operational activities
Partner with Sales, Finance, Support, and Operations stakeholders to build technical solutions
Maintain CRM, Odoo ERP, and the Support ticketing platform
Automate business workflows and update internal systems

What you’ll need

Senior Software Engineer role
Experience with Python and Go
Experience with Docker deployments
Experience with Ansible
Experience with GitLab CI
Experience maintaining backend services and core business applications
Experience with CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems
Ability to write clean, tested code
Ability to perform code reviews and write unit tests
Ability to maintain architecture documentation
Knowledge of scalability, performance, reliability, security, and data standards
