About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide providers and attorneys with updates on appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling statuses
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Follow up with patients to minimize no-shows and handle escalations
  • Coordinate delivery of scan reports, imaging records, and lien forms to attorneys
  • Serve as primary contact for attorney and provider inquiries
  • Manage communications across phone, email, and text
  • Maintain accurate interaction records in the internal database, Slack, and email
  • Collaborate with sales, scheduling, interops, and AR teams to resolve issues
  • Meet and exceed SLAs for response times and follow-ups
  • Document and escalate recurring issues and implement process improvements
  • Build relationships with patients, providers, and attorneys through clear, professional, timely communication
  • Become proficient in Front, Dialpad, and scheduling systems
  • Deliver appointment details, imaging reports, and lien forms with 98%+ accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service or communications role, ideally in a healthcare or legal environment
  • Excellent communication across phone, email, and chat
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in communications and documentation
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and SLAs
  • Experience using CRM systems, scheduling software, telephony platforms such as Dialpad, and other communication tools
  • AI-aware: comfortable using AI for administration, documentation, or research while applying human judgment around patient data
