About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and continuously improve CRM pipeline architecture, custom properties, deal object design, and workflow automation
  • Own communications infrastructure, including SLA monitoring, call-routing logic, and shared inbox configuration
  • Design and build new-partner onboarding workflows from intake through CRM ingestion
  • Support sales enablement with accurate CRM data, reporting, and sales tools
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for pipeline, performance, and SLA adherence
  • Analyze data across core systems to identify trends in partner behavior, inbound volume, and channel performance
  • Support renewal negotiations and vendor evaluations by modeling cost, usage, and capacity trade-offs
  • Document processes and data models
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Data/Engineering
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational work using native tooling and AI
  • Assist with new market launches by establishing CRM structure, reporting, and communications workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering a CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred), including building pipelines, custom properties, and automation workflows
  • Comfortable working across CRM, support/ticketing, and telephony systems
  • Understanding of data flows between systems
  • Track record of building reporting and dashboards used for decision-making
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and structured data, including cleaning, joining, and analyzing datasets
  • Preference for native, low-maintenance tooling over custom infrastructure
  • Ability to write clear documentation and explain technical processes to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and iterative work using real data
  • Ability to use AI daily for drafting, analysis, and research, check its output, and use it responsibly with sensitive data
