About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Input and coordinate all incoming work orders, ensuring information accuracy
  • Navigate customer portals to manage end-to-end work order flow
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
  • Maintain understanding of client requirements and communicate them across the organization
  • Oversee communications for large clients, provide follow-up, and coordinate with departments across Canada
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and customer portals
  • Assist employees with internal troubleshooting using available manuals and documents
  • Manage tight timelines and deadlines
  • Adhere to the company’s Service, Motivate, Respect, and Connect core values
  • Perform other tasks as required
  • Participate in a preliminary phone interview, assessment, and MS Teams video interview as part of the hiring process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service and administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • French and/or Spanish is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Knowledge of Kissflow is an asset
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovative thinking, high attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain relationships across departments
  • Experience in high-pressure and stressful situations
