About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports dealer sales managers and their teams in selling new heavy-duty trucks.
- Promotes the introduction, operation, and effective use of sales management required by Scania Headquarters and Scania Japan Headquarters.
- Visits the assigned dealer two or three days per week and provides training on projects and systems.
- Resolves order and billing issues, analyzes KPI and regional data, and develops local strategies with TS directors and related parties.
- Promotes process implementation, plans necessary work, and supports budgeting, management, and order-activity progress.
- Supervises new-vehicle sales activities in the assigned area and reports on them.
- Coordinates dealer and customer matters outside the assigned territory.
- Analyzes proposals and follow-ups from Scania Headquarters and provides strategic leadership.
- Develops new customers and follows up on projects and tools for dealer sales managers and existing customers.
- Collaborates with internal departments to expand Scania market share.
- Supports and trains team members in accordance with Scania Global Policy.
- Works with the Service and Dealer Development departments to solve and advance business issues.
- Establishes internal and external rules and promotes compliance and governance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 普通自動車運転免許
- B to B の営業経験
- 高校卒以上、専攻の確認
- 4、5年一つの企業での就業
- 日本語ネイティブ+ビジネス英語+必須(読み書き会話)
- Permanent residence holders, Spouse Visa or Highly Skilled Professional
- リテールネットワークの経験 (産業機器、パーツ等)(Nice to have)
- CRMの利用経験(Nice to have)
- 大型トラック運転免許(Nice to have)
- 英語力(中級レベルあれば尚可)(Nice to have)
- プロジェクトマネジメント企画立案実行の経験者(Nice to have)
- 直営資本店もしくは独立資本取引先(店)に対する指導や協働経験者(Nice to have)
- リーダーシップを発揮し、チームワークを構築できる推進力(Nice to have)
