About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect for, develop, and manage the customer portfolio through business visits, CRM utilization, and market analysis
- Identify business opportunities for maintenance services, repairs, parts, connectivity, and solutions for trucks, buses, and engines
- Promote the sale of workshop services, maintenance contracts, and other portfolio solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and follow the sales cycle through to the closing and execution of services
- Develop prospecting and relationship-building initiatives to increase the flow of vehicles and engines to the workshop and external service operations
- Work collaboratively with Service Consultants, Solutions Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Scania
- Schedule appointments, follow up on quotations, reactivate inactive customers, and drive sales of services, parts, and labor
- Use the CRM to manage the sales funnel, record interactions, track opportunities, and monitor performance indicators
- Develop customer loyalty and retention initiatives
- Identify opportunities for contract renewals and expansions, cross-selling, and up-selling
- Develop commercial initiatives aligned with the Full Potential Services (FPS) strategy
- Contribute to revenue, customer retention, Scania parts sell-out, and business profitability targets
- Manage and resolve conflicts, complaints, and dissatisfaction identified through NPS surveys
- Follow up on action plans and promote continuous improvement in customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
- Reside in the local area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization, planning, and a sense of urgency
- Proven professional experience
