About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work from the Hamilton team as part of the Aftersales Team
- Work closely with the Service Team to ensure customer needs and expectations are achieved throughout the Scania experience
- Communicate exceptionally with external and internal customers, both written and verbal
- Schedule vehicles and provide customer updates
- Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation
- Create work orders, allocate work to the workshop, and invoice
- Support customers across Scania’s commercial vehicle and transport solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vehicle/transport industry experience preferable
- Experience as a Customer Service Advisor
- Strong knowledge of the transport, automotive, heavy vehicle, or parts industry
- Experience dealing with suppliers, purchasing, inventory and logistics processes
- Technical understanding of heavy vehicles, workshop operations or aftermarket support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capability
- A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service and operational excellence
- Full New Zealand working rights required
- Successful completion of standard pre-employment checks, including medical and other background checks
