About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work at the Wiri branch as part of the Aftersales Team
  • Work closely with the Service Team to ensure customer needs and expectations are achieved throughout the Scania experience
  • Communicate exceptionally with external and internal customers, both written and verbally
  • Schedule vehicles and provide customer updates
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of all documentation
  • Create work orders
  • Allocate work to the workshop
  • Invoice customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Vehicle/transport industry experience preferable
  • Strong knowledge of the transport, automotive, heavy vehicle, or parts industry
  • Experience dealing with suppliers, purchasing, inventory and logistics processes
  • Technical understanding of heavy vehicles, workshop operations or aftermarket support
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capability
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service and operational excellence
  • Full New Zealand working rights
  • Successful completion of standard pre-employment checks, including medical and other background checks
