About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contact assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company products within a designated geography or industry
  • Meet personal sales targets and develop new business
  • Maintain customer relationships and troubleshoot customer problems
  • Analyze and prepare customer acceptance proposals, submit them for approval, and implement decisions
  • Prepare offers and facilitate contract execution
  • Negotiate financing conditions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Sales and Marketing
  • Collect and ensure the quality of client documents for credit files and support file archiving
  • Obtain financing applications and anti-money laundering documentation
  • Manage the assigned customer portfolio and act as the company interface for clients
  • Respond to client requests, including invoice explanations, rescheduling negotiations, delivery preparation, and contact with external partners
  • Collaborate with the insurance representative to facilitate insurance policy conclusion
  • Develop and introduce new products and services
  • Maintain relationships with strategic financing partners and regional suppliers
  • Prepare monthly reports and provide audit support
  • Verify client-declared data through company registers, electronic archives, money laundering checks, and international sanctions screening
  • Conduct annual client reviews and update client data

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience
  • Methodical and well-organized
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Cooperative / team player
  • Required travel of 75–100%
