About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company products within a designated geography or industry
- Meet personal sales targets and develop new business
- Maintain customer relationships and troubleshoot customer problems
- Analyze and prepare customer acceptance proposals, submit them for approval, and implement decisions
- Prepare offers and facilitate contract execution
- Negotiate financing conditions
- Develop and maintain working relationships with Sales and Marketing
- Ensure collection and quality of client documents for credit files and support archiving
- Obtain financing applications and anti-money-laundering documentation
- Manage the assigned customer portfolio and act as interface with assigned clients
- Respond to client requests, including invoice explanations, rescheduling negotiations, delivery preparation, and contact with external partners
- Collaborate with the insurance representative to facilitate insurance policy conclusion
- Develop and introduce new products and services
- Maintain relationships with strategic financing partners and regional suppliers
- Prepare monthly reports and support audits
- Verify client-declared data, company registers, money-laundering checks, and international sanctions screening
- Conduct annual client reviews and update client data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience
- Methodical and well-organized
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Cooperative / team player
- Required travel: 75-100%
