Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Organised people leader
  • Proven workshop experience
  • Ability to manage a team of skilled technicians
  • Ability to provide technical knowledge to technicians and customers
  • Excellent Health and Safety knowledge and ability to promote safe working practices
  • Ability to ensure all work is authorised to a high standard
  • Ability to promote high standards on job card write-up to prevent warranty rejections
  • Ability to mentor apprentices
  • Ability to work rotating shifts Monday–Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays
  • Full-time permanent availability
