About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as an integral part of branch operations and support timely, efficient parts supply
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer and branch-colleague parts queries
  • Build and develop customer relationships while delivering first-class service
  • Proactively keep customers up to date and ensure requirements are met
  • Liaise with suppliers to order parts in line with operational needs
  • Assist with delivery and collection of parts
  • Ensure parts are packaged and documented correctly
  • Assist in controlling the optimum stock profile for the branch
  • Proactively undertake and oversee stock checks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Organised and customer focussed
  • Ability to build and develop customer relationships
  • Ability to deliver a first-class service and proactively keep customers updated
  • Ability to liaise with suppliers and order parts according to operational needs
  • Ability to assist with delivery and collection of parts
  • Ability to package and document parts correctly
  • Ability to assist in controlling the optimum stock profile
  • Ability to undertake and oversee stock checks
  • Ability to work a 3-week Monday-Friday shift rotation and 1 in 3 Saturdays
  • Required travel: 0-25%
