About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide personalized customer service from unit reception through vehicle delivery
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and follow quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Perform timely service follow-up and communicate service status and progress to customers
  • Coordinate work scheduling with the technical team and workshop
  • Open and close service orders in the system
  • Manage service-order documents and update data in corresponding systems
  • Review service history and active policies
  • Validate and authorize budgets with customers
  • Ensure units are clean and ready for delivery
  • Register and appropriately channel complaints or disagreements
  • Prepare basic follow-up and satisfaction reports
  • Follow up on scheduled appointments and punctuality
  • Support recovery of overdue service-related portfolio
  • Propose complementary services such as preventive maintenance and extended warranties
  • Detect improvement opportunities and additional service sales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school, Associate degree and/or Bachelor's degree completed
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position
  • Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics
  • Management of service management systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
  • Orientation to results and customer satisfaction
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent service attitude and teamwork
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Luis Potosí, SLP, Mexico
