About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong relationships with customers, workshop teams and suppliers
  • Identify customer needs and provide expert parts advice and solutions
  • Manage enquiries, quotations and orders from start to finish
  • Negotiate and resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Work closely with the Workshop team to ensure parts availability and minimise downtime
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure parts are stored and managed correctly
  • Process invoices, payments and associated documentation accurately
  • Support workshop operations and keep customers moving

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in automotive parts, customer service, retail automotive, logistics, or a related industry
  • Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Confidence influencing outcomes and handling difficult conversations professionally
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, technicians, suppliers and colleagues
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive approach and genuine desire to learn, improve and develop your career
  • Full working rights in New Zealand or Australia
  • Satisfactory standard pre-employment checks, including medical and other background checks
