About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support cybersecurity compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle
  • Coordinate and contribute to certification and vehicle type approval processes
  • Collaborate with technical experts to collect and present compliance evidence
  • Act as the main point of contact between engineering teams, testing services, and regulatory authorities
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and support their implementation within the organization
  • Maintain compliance documentation and ensure adherence to established processes and protocols
  • Monitor developments in relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards
  • Support TRATON Group R&D’s product cybersecurity team in delivering compliant products and services for sustainable transport, electrification, and autonomous vehicles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working in a compliance, certification, regulatory, or similar role
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex information and processes
  • High level of integrity and understanding of established protocols
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with Automotive EE systems, automotive regulations, or cybersecurity compliance is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Swedish is a plus
  • Background check may be required
  • Willingness to work on-site in Södertälje, Sweden
  • Required travel: 0-25%
