About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage sales strategies for Scania’s road freight transport solutions in the heavy-truck segment (vehicles over 16 tonnes) in the Brazilian market
- Manage the order book and advise the sales force in the assigned region
- Develop action plans to ensure greater efficiency and quality in the commercialization of Scania solutions
- Actively support dealership sales teams in accordance with current strategic and tactical plans
- Support the dealer network in commercial negotiations to enable sales
- Suggest new solutions and improvements to the Scania portfolio
- Develop and coordinate business-area projects, defining scope, work plans, and deliverables
- Ensure the execution of regional pricing policies while balancing profitability and sales volume
- Participate in trade shows and events with the dealer network, delivering presentations to promote the brand and its solutions in the Brazilian market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid relevant experience in a similar business role
- Knowledge of vehicle models, pricing and sales administration processes, sales tools, and IT is desirable
- Willingness to travel
- Proactive attitude toward digital transformation
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
