  • Check availability of tools and parts and retrieve them from the warehouse.
  • Check maintenance information availability and search for information in the system.
  • Apply work methods.
  • Perform visual vehicle inspections.
  • Manage deviations and propose solutions.
  • Wash parts and components.
  • Start and finalize work orders.
  • Prepare vehicles or components.
  • Perform maintenance.
  • Clean the work area and return used tools.
  • Communicate completed assignments and deviations to the workshop manager.
  • Follow up on established improvement plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school, preparatory or technical degree completed.
  • One year in a similar position.
  • Diesel and/or gasoline mechanics.
  • Knowledge of Scania products and services.
  • Knowledge of DOS, DCS, SRS, SHE standards.
  • Ability to comply with all safety standards in the workshop.
