About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, maintain, and repair products or equipment at customers' homes or places of business
- Support customers using specialized technical or scientific knowledge and product applications
- Maintain relationships with selected customers and sales staff
- Demonstrate basic product/service features using a predefined script
- Provide basic product/service information and answer customer questions
- Perform simple installation, maintenance, and repair tasks under close supervision
- Respond to basic customer issues, including returns, and escalate appropriately
- Follow operational, regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance procedures
- Contact allocated existing customers to establish rapport
- Clarify customer requirements using a standard sales script
- Organize daily work schedules around changing priorities
- Participate in assessment, development planning, training, and coaching activities
Requirements

- Completion of technical product training
- Demonstration of high-level product and process knowledge of a technical nature
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision
- Ability to follow mandatory procedures, work instructions, PPE requirements, and regulatory/internal codes of conduct
- Ability to organize own work schedule according to changing priorities
