About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, maintain, and repair items or products ordered at customers' homes or places of business
- Support customers through specialized technical or scientific knowledge and product applications
- Maintain ongoing relationships with selected customers and sales staff
- Demonstrate basic product/service features using a predefined script
- Provide basic product/service information and respond to customer questions
- Perform simple installation, maintenance, and repair tasks under close supervision
- Respond to basic customer issues, such as returns, and escalate issues appropriately
- Follow mandatory procedures, quality standards, regulatory codes, and internal codes of conduct
- Contact allocated existing customers to establish contact and build rapport
- Clarify customer requirements using a standard sales script
- Organize daily work schedules according to changing priorities
- Follow health, safety, environmental, and personal protective equipment instructions
- Develop procedural and technical skills through assessment, development planning, training, and coaching
