About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Demonstrate basic product/service features using a predefined script
- Provide basic product/service information and answer basic customer questions
- Perform simple equipment installations under close supervision
- Perform simple equipment maintenance and repairs under close supervision
- Respond to basic customer problems and escalate issues appropriately
- Follow mandatory operational, quality, regulatory, and conduct procedures
- Contact assigned prospective or existing customers by phone or in person
- Interview customers using a standard sales script to clarify requirements
- Organize daily work schedules according to changing priorities
- Follow health, safety, and environmental work instructions
- Develop and maintain technical or procedural skills through planning, training, and coaching activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Secundaria / Intermedia + (5 GCSE)
- Relevant experience typically required
- Completion of technical product training
- Demonstration of high-level product and process knowledge of a technical nature
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and mandatory work procedures
- Ability to use personal protective equipment where relevant
- Ability to work on site in Santiago, Chile
- Availability for 0–25% travel
