About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and monitor procurement processes with manufacturers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal procedures
- Process and monitor order releases, ensuring the correct application of procedures and the progress of requests
- Prepare, update, and consolidate management and operational reports to support data analysis and decision-making
- Monitor the department’s performance indicators, contributing to the identification of deviations and improvement opportunities
- Support activities related to product master data, internal controls, and the updating of information in company systems
- Collaborate with the Sales, Operations, and other relevant teams to ensure information alignment and smooth processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Sales Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to learn new processes, tools, and systems quickly and manage multiple demands
- Availability
- Intermediate English (a plus)
- Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools (a plus)
- Previous experience, including internships, in administrative routines, procurement, sales operations, or KPI analysis (a plus)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (a plus)
