About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of delinquent customers, including critical cases and top delinquent accounts
  • Conduct structured negotiations, defining recovery strategies and payment plans
  • Proactively identify credit risks and opportunities to improve collections
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose actions to improve results
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Credit, and Finance) and external partners (collection agencies)
  • Ensure compliance with collections, allowance for doubtful accounts (PDD), and write-off policies
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven collections projects
  • Prepare management analyses and reports for local and global leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in collections, credit, or credit recovery
  • Experience developing and tracking projects, including integrations, improvements to collections support processes, reconciliation, modeling, and collections strategy automation
  • Knowledge of Cobmais (portfolio, collections strategies, collection agencies, and dynamic report configuration) and Protheus
  • Knowledge of credit policies, allowance for doubtful accounts (PDD), and write-off processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI)
