About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Track online marketing trends
  • Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data
  • Test campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Develop and present analytical learnings, actionable insights, and recommendations
  • Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports
  • Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends
  • Communicate and present findings to colleagues, senior managers, and internal clients
  • Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data workflows and ensure data consistency and coverage across domains and IT solutions
  • Report to the Marketing Analytics Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of data analytics work experience
  • Intermediate in statistical methods and experimental design
  • Experience using quantitative analysis to impact key decisions
  • Experience writing SQL queries and working with large data sets
  • Experience in product analytics and BI tools such as GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • Understanding of overall business value beyond numbers and charts
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams on event tracking and analytics implementation, including Google Tag Manager, custom events, and data validation
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • English language skills at upper intermediate level or higher
  • Programming skills in R/Python
  • Experience applying LLMs via APIs for analytics use cases such as data exploration, anomaly detection, reporting automation, or internal AI assistants
  • Familiarity with modern analytics stacks and data transformation tools such as dbt or similar
  • Understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, or marketing mix modeling fundamentals
