Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in business administration, mechanics, automation, material engineering, etc.
  • 10+ years of progressive managerial experience
  • Exposure to international business and culture
  • Profound industry knowledge of the designated sector
  • Experience in business unit management, sales management, strategic planning, or product management
  • Market and competitor knowledge
  • Product portfolio knowledge in the industrial sector
  • Conceptual and analytical competencies
  • Strong communication and implementation skills
  • Fluent English
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without an employment visa or other sponsorship
