Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and report customer performance and ensure timely corrective actions
Collaborate with customers on new process approvals and process changes
Perform FAI/PPAP activities and customer-delegated DQR responsibilities
Maintain customer visit and audit schedules
Support audits, process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement
Monitor and improve supplier and customer KPIs
Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis to prevent recurring nonconformances
Resolve customer technical issues to maintain supply continuity
Support long-term customer relationships and cost reduction initiatives
Travel as needed to support customers and job responsibilities
Support local and global KPI achievement
Communicate company policies, procedures, and mission
Comply with export control, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
Promote Lean principles and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
Strong ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Results-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
Knowledge of AIAG tools and related industry standards, including PPAP, APQP, QSA, MSA, SPC, and FMEA
Authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Must be a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15
Background in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred
Proven success working in functional and cross-functional teams preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, preferred
Knowledge of AS9100 considered an asset
