About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate complex maintenance and repair projects
- Drive improvements and digitalization efforts in the production area
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineering to continuously optimize processes and machinery
- Conduct failure and damage analyses on constructions
- Evaluate and recommend alternative solutions
- Plan and manage assigned maintenance or repair projects across multiple technical disciplines and resources
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for processes and equipment
- Oversee digitalization projects with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field
- At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience, specifically with Preventive Maintenance
- Proven ability to plan and execute complex maintenance and repair projects
- Familiarity with digitalization initiatives and project coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical focus
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
