About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures, and tools while managing budgets and resources as agreed
  • Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules in collaboration with Supply Chain and/or production planning teams
  • Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities across assigned workshops
  • Contribute to the design, layout, realization, and optimization of technical infrastructure
  • Manage collaboration with external suppliers and maintenance service providers
  • Oversee spare parts management
  • Plan and procure spare parts effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship
  • Knowledge of SAP and Schaeffler systems preferred
  • PLC programming and ability to troubleshoot CNC preferred
