About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures, and tools while managing agreed budgets and resources
Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules in collaboration with Supply Chain and/or production planning teams
Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities across assigned workshops
Contribute to the design, layout, realization, and optimization of technical infrastructure
Manage collaboration with external suppliers and maintenance service providers
Oversee spare parts management
Plan and procure spare parts effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5 years of experience in maintenance planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship
Knowledge of SAP and Schaeffler systems (preferred)
PLC programming (preferred)
Ability to troubleshoot CNC (preferred)
