About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement maintenance standards and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure availability of manufacturing machines for an assigned plant or manufacturing unit
Implement approved methods, procedures, and tools, and manage agreed budgets and resources
Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules in cooperation with supply chain and/or production planning
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across assigned workshops
Contribute to the design, layout, realization, and/or optimization of technical infrastructure
Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical degree/certificate with applicable experience
5+ years of experience in related positions in a manufacturing environment
Outstanding organizational abilities and superior time management skills
Proven track record in leading both functional and cross-functional teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
