About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement maintenance standards and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure availability of manufacturing machines
  • Implement approved methods, procedures, and tools
  • Manage budgets and resources as agreed
  • Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules in cooperation with SC and/or production planning
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across assigned workshops
  • Contribute to the design, layout, realization, and optimization of technical infrastructure
  • Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical degree/certificate with applicable experience
  • 5+ years of experience in related positions in a manufacturing environment
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and superior time management skills
  • Proven track record leading functional and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
