Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and deliver project documentation, status updates, and presentations in Business English
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings throughout all project stages
  • Conduct end-to-end business process analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimization or automation opportunities
  • Develop, update, and manage Power BI dashboards
  • Implement automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage tasks for timely project delivery across multiple assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, Python, C, C++, or HTML
  • Business English proficiency is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead stakeholder meetings and maintain a strong customer orientation
  • Proven ability to proactively analyze business processes and recommend effective improvements
  • Proficiency in Power BI analytics and understanding of Power Automate
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum framework is desirable
  • Highly developed soft skills, resilience, and adaptability
