About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation, operation, and further development of identity and access management solutions based on SAP Cloud Identity Services
Operate and support identity-related processes, including user lifecycle, authentication, provisioning, and access governance scenarios
Design and implement integrations between SAP Cloud Identity Services and SAP systems such as R/3, S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud applications
Troubleshoot integration issues, workflow errors, and platform-related incidents
Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into practical IAM solutions
Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability
Ensure solutions align with internal security policies, compliance requirements, and governance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services or a strong background in SAP identity and access management
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, provisioning, and access governance
Experience with integrations, REST APIs, and technical troubleshooting in enterprise environments
Experience with SSO configuration and authentication protocols such as SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Preferred: Experience with SAP BTP, SAP security, or related SAP identity technologies
Preferred: Exposure to SAP systems such as R/3, S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud applications
Preferred: Experience with identity providers such as Entra ID, Okta, and Ping
Preferred: Experience in access governance, compliance, or audit-related processes
Preferred: Familiarity with DevOps-style collaboration, operational support, or platform engineering
Preferred: Experience in large international organizations
