About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead nominated project management according to defined project targets and standard processes such as PEP/VEP and ASPICE
- Control project quality, cost, and schedule
- Lead project acquisition with TPM, sales, and project teams
- Handle new project opportunities, including customer requirements, business analysis, and reporting in new project meetings
- Plan project resources, budget, and schedules
- Manage project risks and escalate resource, budget, and schedule issues when needed
- Demand and track work products according to schedule
- Report project Q/C/D status to the steering committee
- Manage sponsor and direct-report expectations
- Make and take responsibility for project management decisions
- Build business links with domestic customers and AP OEMs
- Delegate project tasks and foster internal and external teamwork
- Create weekly and monthly status reports for the steering committee and company top management
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 3 years of project manager experience in electrical drive related work
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in automotive, electronic control, transmission, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
