About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise the activities of Team Leaders (Inbound, Kitting, and Outbound), distributing, coordinating, and guiding work to optimize operations and meet quality standards and deadlines
- Serve as the interface for customer demands, cascading targets and planning operations from product receipt through shipment to the customer, in accordance with established dates and quantities
- Evaluate the performance of subordinate employees, identify training needs, and propose training programs to the immediate supervisor
- Manage disciplinary matters involving subordinate employees
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, environmental protection, occupational health, and workplace safety
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or a related field
- Experience in logistics within industrial companies
- Experience with SAP (EP1/WPD modules) or WMS systems
- Availability to work shifts
- Knowledge of ISO standards and the Problem Analysis and Solution Method is preferred
- Advanced English proficiency
- Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) is a plus
