About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct demand analysis and capacity planning to ensure delivery reliability of materials and/or parts for assigned plants
- Implement processes, forecasting methods, and systems for demand planning to meet business requirements
- Analyze sales leads and contract information from sales areas
- Conduct demand planning and regular monthly/weekly reporting
- Derive capacity plans for production resources
- Develop and implement measures based on analyses
- Eliminate internal and external capacity bottlenecks
- Report bottlenecks to the accountable Manager for escalation when necessary
- Support the Manager in coordinating with other departments
- Ensure alignment of demand and capacity planning strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of MRP experience in an international organization
- Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 SD, MM and PP
- SAP APO experience required
- Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and conflict-management skills
- Understanding of management practices
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
