About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide diverse mechanical concepts based on customer requirements and check potential conflict patents
- Create design specifications, mechanical DFMEA, tolerance stack-up, and other design documents
- Design 3D and 2D mechanical parts; join supplier sourcing and DFM review; follow and improve parts quality
- Responsible for DVP testing such as temperature shock and vibration; analyze and solve DVP issues
- Design assembly drawings, write assembly process documents, and participate in assembly line building
- Apply and release ECN via Windchill to control drawing versions and development phases
- Analyze and release parts and sub-assembly deviations and improve yield ratio
- Conduct benchmark analysis, internal technical workshops, and patent applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree or above, major in mechanical or related subjects
- At least 5 years’ design experience in high voltage control units or similar products
- 熟悉GBT 16935/IEC60664等相关标准
- Designed product architectures or main parts; manipulate top-to-down design methodology
- Knowledge of GD&T or GPS and ability to apply it to 2D and 3D designs
- Expertise in mass-production and supplier problem solving using fishbone diagrams and 5 Why
- Knowledge of DFMEA methodology and participation in DFMEA creation
- Experience designing plastic injection parts, die castings, PCBs, and sheet metal parts
- Working hard and being a team player
- English is working language
