Key responsibilities & impact

Implement maintenance standards and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure availability of manufacturing machines for an assigned plant or manufacturing unit
Implement approved methods, procedures, and tools; manage agreed budgets and resources
Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules in cooperation with supply chain and/or production planning
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across assigned workshops
Contribute to the design, layout, realization, and/or optimization of technical infrastructure
Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers
Manage a team of maintenance employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree in related field
5 - 10 years of progressive experience in related field
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Preferred)
Management experience (Preferred)
