About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage one or more projects with internal and external customers
Agree on project targets and contents and develop solution concepts with experts based on client requirements
Ensure delivery of assigned projects, including relevant steps, milestones, gateways, and resources
Steer and coordinate lessons learned and ensure proper documentation and project reviews
Functionally lead project team members and coordinate external service providers, resources, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, policies, and procedures
Ensure transparency through KPIs and involve relevant stakeholders when project targets are at risk

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum one year of experience managing projects
Experience with SAP business management software and Microsoft Office applications
Experience presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions
Experience solving engineering problems
Product, manufacturing, and business process knowledge
Working knowledge of vehicle drivetrain theory
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
Preferred: Experience managing projects in an automotive environment
