About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage one or more projects with internal as well as external customers
- Agree on project targets and contents and develop solution concepts with experts based on client requirements
- Ensure delivery of assigned projects, including relevant steps, milestones, gateways, and resources
- Steer and coordinate lessons learned and ensure proper documentation and project reviews
- Lead project team members functionally and coordinate external service providers, resources, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensure transparency through KPIs and involve relevant stakeholders when project targets are at risk
- Create and manage step-by-step prototype process timing plans from order placement to end product delivery
- Drive weekly prototype project issues reviews
- Represent Prototype on the project core team
- Coordinate project issues and changes between Prototype and Project teams
- Drive procurement according to MRD dates for customer orders
- Track material and tool costs against the planned budget
- Coordinate SAP Prototype BOM/process routing creation and change management with the MRP Planner
- Coordinate EPR creation for purchased/outsourced item procurement with the MRP Planner
- Coordinate internal order creation for components and assembly processes with the MRP Planner
- Coordinate goods receiving/issuing and inventory management in SAP with the MRP Planner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or related
- Minimum one year experience in materials planning/procurement and managing projects
- Software experience with SAP business management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Product manufacturing and business process knowledge
