About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete four six-month rotations across departments
- Work at facilities throughout the North American Region, including the USA, Mexico, and Canada
- Potentially participate in international rotations
- Partner with an experienced mentor to develop best practices and leadership capabilities
- Gain knowledge alongside experts in relevant and cross-functional departments
- Complete rotation development milestones
- Prepare for the guaranteed Purchasing Engineer position in Fort Mill, SC upon graduation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering Degree
- Accepting December 2026 or later graduates
- 3.0 minimum GPA
- At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Leadership experience or exposure preferred
- Thorough understanding of engineering principals
- Excellent Organization and Communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to relocate every 6 months
