About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and implement measures to enhance productivity in core and supportive production processes
  • Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to the development of engineering strategies within key organizational fields
  • Aid in aligning capacity demand with budget and investment projects
  • Support new product introduction processes, including developing routings, fixtures, visual aids, and work instructions
  • Develop standard operating procedures for manufacturing, assembly processes, and business support functions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist maintenance teams with equipment-related issues as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in an engineering-related field with at least 2 years of experience
  • Strong professional experience in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Solid technical understanding of production systems, productivity improvement, and engineering processes
  • Good command of English
  • Analytical, structured, and collaborative working style
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
